Please take care of them as if they were your own. Make sure going to bed without sunscreen or makeup, and especially avoid cleaning the floor with them. If you need more, please let us know.

Maintain a moderate noise level out of respect for everyone and to promote a healthy environment. Parties or excessive noise, both inside and outside the property, are not allowed.
Be Respectful with Neighbors
Please do not hang any towels or clothes on the balcony or terrace railings as it is not permitted within the condominium rules. Not following this rule will result in a penalty of $100 USD.

Although this area is very safe, we recommend to lock the doors and windows when you are not in the property. If you rented a car, make sure to set the alarm and do not leave valuables inside.
