House Rules

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
  • Please inform us of any aspects in the house that you feel need correction or improvement, so that we can take action immediately.

    Communication

  • Please take care of them as if they were your own. Make sure going to bed without sunscreen or makeup, and especially avoid cleaning the floor with them. If you need more, please let us know.

    Linens & Towels

  • Maintain a moderate noise level out of respect for everyone and to promote a healthy environment. Parties or excessive noise, both inside and outside the property, are not allowed.

    Be Respectful with Neighbors

  • Please do not hang any towels or clothes on the balcony or terrace railings as it is not permitted within the condominium rules. Not following this rule will result in a penalty of $100 USD.

    Don't Hang Clothes on Balconies

  • Although this area is very safe, we recommend to lock the doors and windows when you are not in the property. If you have a car, make sure to set the alarm and do not leave valuables inside.

    Security 

  • The check-out time is at 11:00AM. If you wish to leave later, please contact us to check availability and confirm any additional costs.

  • Guests will be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during their stay. If something breaks accidentally, please inform us, and depending on the value it may apply for additional charges.

  • Each contribution makes a significant difference. Please help us protect our planet by following the recommended actions during your stay.

  • Please make sure to turn off all lights and air-conditioning units every time you leave the property. And while in use, ensure that doors and windows are properly closed.

  • The drainage system in this small town cannot process toilet paper and pipes get clogged easily. Please do not flush any toilet paper and place it in the trash bins.

  • Please ensure that the water faucets are tightly closed after use. We suggest drinking bottled water and use it as well for cooking and brushing your teeth, as tap water is not drinkable.

  • Please take all the trash to the designated containers outside the property and maintain it always in a tidy way.

    Garbage Disposal

  • Thank you for not smoking inside the property and respecting the internal regulations of the building. Any proof of breaching this rule may result in additional charges in your reservation.

  • For the safety and well-being of all occupants and to maintain a secure environment, it is strictly prohibited to consume any illegal or recreational drugs within the premises of our rental properties. This includes but is not limited to the possession, use, or distribution of any controlled substances. We prioritize the comfort and security of our guests, and any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction without a refund. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone.
